These lessons are taught specifically to enhance the skills of beginning and intermediate students. Dr. Doroftei lessons are also designed for advanced students.

Classes are available in Half-Hour segments, One-Hour segments and in Group settings
Cost: $30/half hour, $45 per hour.
*Classes with Dr. Doroftei are $35 per half an hour

Designed for groups (siblings, families, friends, beginner bands)

Strings
This class is for the beginning or intermediate student in strings. The student will not only learn how to apply basic musical concepts such as melody and rhythm, but will also be able to read and play different musical styles both in ensemble work.

Voice Class for Kids
(6-12) This class is for students who enjoy singing and want to learn songs while developing their musicianship skills in a safe supportive environment. They will learn the elements of good singing: using the breath, diction, good tone production, and fundamentals of sight reading through songs that are fun and age-appropriate
Time: As arranged for each teacher (Minimum 2 students)
Duration: 50 minutes
Cost: $25/per student
Art
(Drawing, Painting, Art Appreciation) Classes will include study in color theory, landscape painting, seascapes, floral, still life, and techniques that include brush stroke and paint application. Classes will continue to expand and cover color usage, line, form, space and shape, texture, and value elements of painting. Acrylic paint will be the featured medium. Additionally, the focus of classes

Apron, smock or old T-shirt 9×12 canvas panels or canvas table top easel paper towels palette knife (a palette for paint can be as simple as paper plates) No. 8 Filbert brush No. 2 round brush Basic set of acrylic paint that includes Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Yellow Medium, Cadmium Red Light, Titanium White, (Alizarin Crimson, Thalo Blue)
